The Board of Trustees provide the residents of Wayne Township with services that
include the maintenance of township roads and ditches, brush and leaf removal,
fire protection, emergency services and the care of township cemeteries. Although
the elected trustees fill their offices on a part-time basis, they always are
available and ready to meet the individual needs of the community. Therefore,
township administration is known across the country as the grass root government
of America, being the most personal form of any government. |

The Wayne Township Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the second Wednesday
of each month, at 7:30 PM, in the Township Hall Meeting Room, 6320 State
Route 133. All regular, special and emergency meetings are open to the public. |
